Yes - Zinc can upload any HTML page so if you want to create something externally then that's not a problem.
Do you sell mailing lists?
Yes, we have access to numerous industry specific lists. Call us for more details.
Can i use any email address i like to send out the messages?
Of course! With any campaign you provide us with your email settings and thats what we will use.
What happens to the bounces and unsubscribes?
Zinc take care of everything! Once your campaign is finished you are then provided with a report telling you exactly how many bounces you have had. Unsubscribes are automatically taken off your list.
How do i create a mailing list?
Most people have a mailing list sat right in front of them. Zinc can help you extract all the email address’s you may have inside your mailbox’s. Simply contact us for instructions on how to do this.
We are a new business and won’t have any email address’s, now what?
Well let’s start callorbrating a list, and there are many ways you can do this, mainly via market research techniques that also promote your company in the meantime.
How do i pay?
For all campaigns you will recieve a invoice which will need to be payed before your campaign is sent out. Payment can be payed via Cheque, BACS or Paypal. For long term monthly contracts we are more than happy to breakdown the cost’s.
How long does it take to design my newsletter?
Once all the information we need has supplied, then we can usually have your design back to you within 48 hours.
